On February 25, 2016, I clicked on a Facebook Ad for a trial of eye cream and face cream. I tried the product. The eye cream irritated my eyes, and it took 3 days of eye drops to clear the irratation up. The skin cream caused bleeding cuts on my face, that has not been cleared up. I an not satified with the product.
The company said I could try the product for shipping costs of $6 for eye cream and shipping cost of $5 for face cream. I received the products in one box, with an invoice that just stated what I had ordered with no indication that additional costs would be charged.
When I received my credit card bill I had been charged $98 and $93 for the trial product. I only ordered a trial sample, not a one month supply. The company only wanted to reimburse me for about half my money. They also wanted to charge $40 for a restocking fee. The product should not have been restocked, since it had been opened and touched.
The company uses many different names: Credit Card Name: Extravagant Beauty Care St 855-549-5857 NY; Aerial Desire Eye Care ST 855-549-5857 : On the invoice in the package the company is Beauty Impressions 855-567-2147. The company address is in San Francisco, CA; The warehouse is in Pacoima, CA; The customer service is in Clearwater, FL 855-549-5857.
I contacted the company at all the different numbers. I was given a different story by each person I talked to. I suspect that the people I talked to were from not from this country. I also suspect this operation is not from the United States. The people I talked to refused to give me the name and address of the headquarters of this company .
This is a SCAM targeted toward older women. Don't fall for it.
