I had a number of clicks that did not credit between November and January of this year. After filing multiple cases, having click history, order ID# and valid proof of emails forwarded, they refused to credit me. It was a significant amount - nearly $100. Don't believe their rates - they DON'T pay out. Their website rarely works and I have been disrespected by the staff many times and insulted. Also, IF YOU USE BEFRUGAL, YOU WILL GET CREDIT CARD FRAUD. 

I still HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. They owe me over $150 and refuse to payout. AWFUL company. Use SimplyBestCoupons - I've had great luck with them.

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your BeFrugal experience. Common causes for an inquiry to be declined include other shopping sites or search engines receiving credit, using a coupon code not eligible for cash back, or having software from another shopping website installed.

Regarding credit card fraud, at no point do we ever ask for credit card information from our users. Security is of the utmost importance for our customers.
