Bella Restor sold samples for shipping cost & charged full price before time to cancel product. Will not answer their phone Internet
I ordered a sample of this product & did not see information anywhere about the time limit to cancel. I had the product less than one week & was charged the full price. My bank called for information about the charge & said it was declined. I have no information from Bella Restor as how to actually contact them. The order confirmation has a phone number which is not answered. My bank gave me two additional numbers which also are not answered. There is no way for an order to be canceled!
