Last year I ordered a trial sample creme from this Company.  It was pre-paid and I cancelled shortly after receiving the product.  

The following month I received another box of the creme and was charged from my checking account the amount of $99.00.

I caled again to find out why and was told they didn't have a record of my cancellation so I cancelled again and was told no further shipments and/or product would be sent.

Sometime in March 20017 I received another (same) product.  I called again and was assured no more debits would be taken from my account.  They even said if I didn't say anything bad about their Company they would refund the last $99.00 charge they charged me.  So far, no credit has been issued.

Today I received a letter from a credit collection company DAR Waterfront and Associates saying my so called account with Belle Epoque had been sold to them and they were attempting "to collect a debt...." for $99.01.
