Bellridge Apartments Scam artist, unprofessional, incompetent Phoenix Arizona
Went to Bellridge because I saw how cheap it was, $464 with Tax for a 1 bedroom. Did the credit special that was $299 move in, so I paid $100 for a holding fee for apt 2029. The day before I was supposed to move, crystal calls me saying that a elderly lady came in and rented out the apartment, and said that it was their fault that it happened, I even called two days before to make sure I still had the apartment. So move in day comes, I bring $199 for rest of the move in, I get there, the lady had no idea that I was coming, NO ONE had my lease ready for move in. She tells me to go look at the apartment and see if I would move in there, there was paint on the floor, the fridge was in the living room, no where near the kitchen, it smelled like cat piss, basically it looked like a homeless person went and just trashed the place, so I go back, willing to see another apartment, so she lets me see it, same god d**n thing! Now I'm pissed I go back in demending my money back, the lady says ok we can do that. Then she says very honestly, and honestly I'm still a little shock she did, that she wouldn't even move in there, that it was a disgusting place and that the people who run it are horrible. She couldn't even get anyone on the phone, they all had to text, who runs this place, teenagers! These people knew I was moving in for a month, they had 31days to get it cleaned and ready for me, they did nothing! How incompetent can they be! Then the very next day I get a call from crystal, the girl who rented out MY apartmeny twice just two days before, trying to apologize and if I would like another apartment, I told her no, and said I want my money, then tells me that it was noredefundable, I stop her and say no it is, you guys screwed my out of my apartment, I had a u haul ready and everything, now I'm homeless thanks to her and her disgusting staff, and them tells me that her manager is going to me, nothing! These people are seriously the worst, I have never heard of this happening ever! They had one god d**n job, how in hell do you screw up one d**n job! I will be reporting them to the BBB
