I called in February of 2010 asked for phone service - special rate was mentioned by REP saying it would only be 24.99 a month. I have had to call every month for them to adjust my bill and every time I get a different story. 1st month - they said it would take 2 months to go through the system 2nd month-it takes three months. 3rd month- I said I would take no more. I started recording the calls!!! 4th month still calling and trying to get my bill adjusted to the amount that was verbally contracted for 24.99.. I am now writing a letter to the BBB and I won't stop till I get what I was told. I am sooo sick of Corporations doing this to customers... Do not take any deals from them they do not honor thier word. Where is my pay for having to spend my days off talking to billing tring to get this all straightened out... As soon as the contracts are ove I will be discontinueing my internet service, home service and cell phone service. Will also be contacting my family and friends.. or is it friends anf family
