Bench Craft Company, A Division Of Transportation Media Transportation Media, Inc., Sucks - They commit Fraud, Do not deliver, Many complaints @ Better Business Bureau Portalnd, Oregon
I would just like to say these are the worst group of individuals I have ever dealt with.
It's been almost 2 years and the almost $2000.00 in products I have purchased from them has still not been delivered. They said it will take some time due to some mistakes on their part, but they refuse to refund the money paid.
I still have reps calling me on a monthly basis trying to sell me more products from them.
The products I did buy were totally not as described. When I asked them about that, they said they had some employee's that were working there saying anything they could to get people to order so they would get a commission. They said they have since fired those individuals, but they would still not refund my money even tho what I had order was not what I wanted.
If bench craft company ever calls you run away as fast as you can. They will suck every penny out of you and you may not even get a product. That's what happened to me anyways...
