Bender Ball Beware! Unauthorized charge. Van Nuys California
I placed one order and received item. The first order came without the insert tube. I contacted them via email no luck. I then contact them by phone and I was told that they would replace the order. I later received the insert stem in the mail.
Three months later I received another order, (Which I didn't order) and my account was charged which created an overdraft. Therefore, I was charge for overdraft fee by my credit card company.
I returned the order to the company. But I never received credit for the returned order.
This is a SCAM...don't deal with this company.
