Bender Ball DO NOT BUY BENDER BALL PROTECT YOUR CREDIT CARD Van Nuys California
If you are thinking of buying a bender ball DON'T. I am starting to think this company is a scam. Wait for it to come out in stores, then you'll know it's for real and not a fraudulet company.
I placed my order March 1, 2008 and as of today 4/25/08 I haven't received my package or my refund that I have requested. I've been calling their company through their 800 number only to get the impression that I'm not calling California but India or somewhere else where they have crappy hard to understand accents and use down-south American names. Odd. Anyway, after being told that my package was shipped about 5 times I am still bender ball less.
Exactly two days ago I demanded to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with someone who promised that within 48 hours I will have my credit and she will have her superior call me. It has been 48 hours and no luck. I called them back and it took them a good 20 minutes to put a "manager" on the phone. This person said my credit was sent for processing as of today but when I asked what their process was she couldn't answer me. I have been monitoring my credit card transactions online and no credit was made.
I'm so pissed at this company. I dont care if it's $1.00 or $20.00 - I want my money back. No I'm scared that they have my credit card information. it just might be worth the hassel of canceling it and getting a new one reissued
Please read other reports on this site reguarding the Bender Ball. I wish i did before I orderd it.
