First off I should have known just by looking at the web site it states 9.99 + S&H for a work out ball called bender ball and your choice of dvd or vhs included in price- but when you go to order the dvd is 12.95 and vhs 9.99. no shipping price listed well I really though this sounded like a great product they advertise on TV and I had watched the info on the bender ball. I decided to use the customer service # to order and ask how much shipping was . First off- no customer service person, all automated, asks for all your info but nothing about shipping cost no way to get an person on the line so I kept on thinking it would give a confirmation # for the order and a total price but no way it just keeps offering you more and more offers to go with what your purchasing after hitting the no thanks to about 6 offers with no way to stop the offers I hung up and called the customer service # . They then told me they could not see the order yet and to call back in 48 hours but again the site states you can track your pkg in 24 hours ? Then to my dismay I found all this negative information on this company and product charging your account even though you did not order the extra offers never receiving refunds ect...So the next day I call back they state they cant stop or cxl the order I let them know if they did not I will file a charge back with my and stated they will refund my credit card and give me a return # and a refund # make sure you get this. I still don't trust this company and will get back to you on the refund part cross your fingers for me ?

Charge now on my credit card called my bank to ask about refund time on credit card .one e-mail sent to me stated 7-10 business days the other stated 3-5 days or up to one month.
As per my bank they advised me to look for terms and conditions on the web site to see if I needed to cxl with any other companies that might charge me- because some times there can be more than one company in the terms and conditions.
BUT nothing on the site stated any T&C .it did state on another page you have to look for it- your kit will have other offers sent to you and you can cxl any time and offed a contact # to cxl but this links you to the order number and again no choices to speak to with a customer service rep instead it gives another number to call 1-800-601-7088 listed on the contact us page.
When I placed the order on phone it gives you the option to opt out on each item offered even the extra items that come with the first order? by pushing a button on your phone.
Well I did get a hold of cs and spoke to a rep he stated account was closed and refund issued and to e-mail customer service to get a e-mail confirmation.

I have saved all copies of my e-mails just in case. And as per my bank I should not refuse the package like told by the company I should get tracking for it and send it back so I will be out some shipping charges I'm sure-
