I received a letter from Bennett & DeLoney trying to collect on a bogus bounced check. The check number was wrong. The payee was wrong and the amount was incorrect.
I have requested a copy of the check and they have not responded. What bothers me is they have my name and home address. Be careful with this one.

Fax: (801) 963-9955. If they don't have the actual check, they cannot validate anything. There is a section about these people on budhibbs.com under "Agencies to Avoid". Good luck with this.
