Since I have always been one to play fair - I felt the need to post here immediately with the GOOD news that I have personally received a call from Mr. Bennett today with an apology and the promise to exchange the camera for the newer model when it he receives it. And, I feel again that I must extend MY apologies to Mr. Bennett for my verbal barrage inflicted upon him and that of his employees - as my words were pure reaction. And again, Mr. Bennett - thank you for being honest in regard to this situation. As this issue has finally been resolved in a fair and polite manner - we will continue making purchases from your store.

I had originally posted the purchase date as being September 21, 2006. The purchase date was actually AUGUST 21, 2006. I apologize for the error, as I was still *fuming* when I typed the original post up.
