Benny's Car Wash Lazy and no concept of customer service Baton Rouge Louisiana
I went to benny's car wash on coursey boulevard to try and get an inspection sticker. Their sign said they stopped doing them at 6:00pm, I arrived at 5:50 only to be told that they did not have time to do it before they closed. Now, the last time I checked, closing at 6:00pm meant closing at 6:00pm, not GOING HOME at 6:00pm. If they're going to close at 5:50 they should change the sign with the hours of operation to reflect such. Additionally, when I went to leave, the MANAGER of the place had pulled up behind me and blocked me so I could not get out of my parking space. I saw him walking across the parking lot and yelled at him to move his truck; so...he turns around and looks at me, and keeps walking. Fortunately, I have a small car so I was able to maneuver around his carelessness. I do not recommend doing business with these people. Not only is the manager a self-serving a*****e who has no concept of customer service whatsoever, he has apparently passed this attitude down to his employees.

Benny's Car Wash is run by a family who are very stand up business people. I would contact them directly. I know them personally and I know they will help provide some closure or satisfaction.
