I also complained to Edinburgh Fair Trading and the DTI after my son ordered a report from Berger on approval. And guess what: the guy that runs it isn't even British, let alone Scottish: He is called "Herr" Lademacher and he will accept, from now on, juicy Bavarian sausages and Frankfurthers as a method of payment.

I do not think it is right for Andy to make racist comments about somebody's nationality and post them here, nor should the government feed him such information in the first place. It is irrelevant and offensive.
