Berkeley Pharmaceuticals ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Cincinnati Ohio
I received a free sample. Did not like the product. Canceled all future orders on the internet AS INSTRUCTED BY THEIR WEBSITE. Then received another other order and a charge to my credit card.
They said the only way I can get a refund is to get a note from my doctor saying I cannot take their product which is not a perscription drug. I plan to do this. However, I have got my credit card company involved now and they will dispute this charge as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK WHEN YOU DON'T LIKE THEIR PRODUCT.
