This company owes me $470. I called tonight and they told me they were only going to credit me with a $50 credit. I asked why and tried to go into further detail, then I was forwarded to a supervisor. I waited 15 minutes and then the same woman gets on the phone and tells me that their supervisors leave at 5:00. This was 5:45 when she told me this. I thought to myself, that's strange, I called 2 nights ago and talked to a supervisor much past 6:00 p.m. I told her this and she tells me that they changed their hours! What business changes their hours in mid week? So, I called back later and spoke to a man. He put me on hold to read the notes they had on my account. 30 minutes later, a supervisor got on the phone--wow that's strange--I thought they all had left at 5:00!

This company is nothing but a bunch of liars and they don't give a sh-- about anyone! There's been 2 occasions where their service represenatives have "misinformed" me. One cost me $50. And the other has cost me $470 because now (October 21) they say I "do not qualify" for a refund. Two weeks ago, my refund (which I did qualify for according to them) was supposed to be processed the next day and that never happened. So I called again--two days ago and they said I did qualify and my refund was not processed yet, but they would do it the next business day. How things change in only two days--from qualifying to not qualifying!

I have done everything "right" and this company continues to make up excuses. I've wasted hours on hold with this company, only to get me nowhere.

I wish I would have found this site before I signed up for Avilmil--which sucks, too by the way! Obviously a lot of other customers have found that out too. I figured I wouldn't be out anything, they promised a money-back guarantee --minus shipping. I don't care about the shipping, I would like my $470 back on my credit card though.

I hope all of their employees lose their jobs when this company gets caught for scamming hundreds (probably thousands) of innocent people. I hope they'll know what it feels like to lose money. They are just as guilty because they know what's behind it all--I don't care what they say, they know. I hope the owner(s) will be behind bars someday soon and get what they deserve. Too bad they're not from Michigan because I know lots of prison guards that would make sure their prison experience is not a pleasant one!
