Kim, You are one of the lucky ones! I have filed with the Cinncinati, Ohio Attorney Generals Office (over 4,000 complaints filed already), have signed up with the Class Action Suit being filed against this company, and have disputed the charge on my credit card. I think my credit card company is finally coming around because they indicated they are getting complaint calls, where before they indicated it was my fault and my problem and they wouldn't support me except to allow me to file the dispute. They appear to be advertising intermittently now because the complaints start up then slow down, then start up again. This is a pretty major con considering they are advertising over the TV. I even cancelled my card to prevent these con-artists from making additional charges. Even if you do cancel the so called program (which by the way, no one ever told me I was on), they still start making unauthorized charges and when you dispute them, they will counter dispute them. You are very lucky you only lost "$15" on your "FREE" sample. I for one will not lay down for this and as little as the $70 is in other peoples eyes, it is a significant enough amount of money to keep me fighting. Especially when you start doing the math and realize how much these characters have ripped-off the rest of the world for. I assume they will move their operations overseas as soon as the legal system puts an end to this this scam here in this country.
