I find that tne pills do not work and do not want to order any more so please cancel my subscription and do not send any more. I have notified my bank not to honor any request from your company for payment.

I order a 30 free trial. I did not agree to order more. They sent me a 60 day supply, and charged me $70. I have been trying to return the item. I can't get an answer on the phone, I waited 4 hours and did and did not get any one to answer the phone. I would like to return this unwanted 60 day supply, but I cannot find out who to contact. I can not contact their wedsite. I want to return there product and I want my money returned!

I contacted Berkeley and spoke to Representative Alicia about a product sent to my house. I informed the Representative that my account was charge without approval. She stated for me to file a fraud claim. I file a fraud claim with my credit card company. My credit card company stated that Berkeley disputed the claim. i am trying to end my order one week before the 30 days are up. what makes me the most piss - off is i had to put a block on my card, now i have to go get a new card. thank you piss-off ps i have trying calling nothing, went to there web site this is what i found. if they take my money any what can be done about it? please let me know.

After calling the customer service phone number 1-866-834-1715 and listening to the recording that gave the site www.askberkeley.com to discontinue my order I found there was no such site. I then called back the 1-866-834-1715, waited for a long time on the phone finally a representative answered, I explained I wanted to cancel the orders, and after a long wait she gave me a cancellation confirmation number, I will check with my credit card next month and see if it was actually canceled.

I then called back the 1-866-834-1715, waited for a long time on the phone finally a representative answered, I explained I wanted to cancel the orders, and after a long wait she gave me a cancellation confirmation number, I will check with my credit card next month and see if it was actually canceled.

I called the number on the bill 1-866-834-1715 to discontinue my supplies and a recording at that number directs you to www.askberkeley.com, however there is no site available to cancel the subscription & I find no way to cancel it
