Scam . Bought a truck from him . Said it would pass inspection. It passed his inspection. Anyways he will get his licensep pulled or his clown friend giving out inspections stickers for cars that will not pass .Called him a couple times left a message called today changed his number. Broken belts are not visible. Took it in the next day to get tires balanced and that's when I was told .

Last I heard, tires were fully visible to anyone who does a pre-purchase inspection. If the tires were bad enough to warrant your concern to pass a state inspection, why did you buy the car?
