Bernz Auto Inc Who knows. a rip off. bought a truck from him two days ago . tried to call him about tires he clams would pass state inspection. he wouldnt pick up my call then the next day he changed his cell number. warning do not buy anything from this pos. see you in court. you can change your number but you cant change who you are !!! north tonawanda New York
Scam . Bought a truck from him . Said it would pass inspection. It passed his inspection. Anyways he will get his licensep pulled or his clown friend giving out inspections stickers for cars that will not pass .Called him a couple times left a message called today changed his number. True pos. See you in court buddy

Broken belts are not visible. Took it in the next day to get tires balanced and that's when I was told .

Last I heard, tires were fully visible to anyone who does a pre-purchase inspection. If the tires were bad enough to warrant your concern to pass a state inspection, why did you buy the car?
