Berry Company Bell South Yellow Pages Advertising I have been ripped off bu there guya almost every year that I do biz with them in one way or another. Metarie Louisiana
Last year I purchased a combined package of advertising that included 2 super bold listings plus an internet web ad. the internet ad never went up and they never sent me my 798.00 back. (they did call and leave a message on my mothers phone but I was never able to make contact with anyone over it and figured "oh well it will be there when I need to do my ads next year) now when it's time to "reup" on my ads and they are telling me "what refund"? I had a sales rep call me like a week ago and he said he'd look into it but I've not heard back. Now I'm calling them and just get a voice mail with no real help.

I had paid for all my ads up from the year of Hurricane Katrina and they never refunded me or credited me for all that money I spent since THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE BOOKS!! EVERYONE WHO WERE MAKING PAYMENTS ON THEIR ADS GOT the debits "forgiven" and did not have to pay but those of us who were forced to pay up front due to the headlines that we advertise under were not compensated
