Best Buy /LexMark UPC Rebate Rip off .

I purchased a computer from Best Buy this was my first computer that I ever bought and I let the salesman know that. They inform me of what type of computers that were available and at what price, also stating the rebates as part of the the price. I was also bought a 3 year service plan and a norton antivirus program to be install by them. When I went to purchases this computer I was only planning to spend $700 dollars. But after every thing added up it came to over $1,200.00 and I was fooled into getting a best buy credit card with a 21 percent interest rate. With all this information thown at me at once, I was very confused and stressed from this purchase.
I was unaware and was not inform by anyone at Best Buy to keep the boxes with the UPC information for rebates and I when I went to send the rebates in the boxes for computer and printer had already been thrown away. Last week I received my rebates forms back stating they were unable to process because there were no upc barcodes with them. I called Best Buy and Lexmark and talked to their representitives and also talk to Chris Hughes at The Best Buy #575 in Wilmington Delaware were I bought the product.
I was informed by each one that there was nothing they could do and was told I was out the $400.00+ dollars in rebates. I was very upset and let them know that I will never buy a product from them again. Is there any procedure that I can file to a least try to receive some of the Rebates back and if not can I return these products back to receive my Money back and cancel the Best Buy Credit card. Please inform Thank you
