Dear Valued Customer, First I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that I have caused you or your family. I feel terrible for not responding earlier and staying on top of any issues that arose that should have been handled in a professional manner. We have been having supplier problems since 2004 as we distributed products for many different manufacturers. We should have communicated better with you and for that i am very sorry we did not. We were growing so quickly we did not have the man power to take care of everything the way it should have been which is my fault i should have brought on more help. I just wanted to reply to everyone that was affected and publicy apologize for the inconvenience we caused. I wish everyone a wonderful holiday season with your family.

Joel, Why do you chose to slander companies Joel? Is it because you are jealous? You come on here and post anything about any company and about any one. This is a credible site...Bottom line is you must still be looking for magic golf clubs that make you play scratch golf. They still do not make them it is all the skills that god has given you. No worries we are not going anywhere we have to hard for 10 years and have a lot of satisfied customers. You can not make everyone happy that is part of business but we always do our best.

Joel, I can totally sympathize with you. I was ripped off just like you, but at least you received your money back, albeit with deductions. I received nothing back but promises, lies and more lies. The very thought that this man has the audacity to suggest someone else should get "God in their life" is an insult to any person with one iota of religion in their being. Ken, do the right thing. If you have the arrogance to tell someone to get God in THEIR life, see thou and do thou likewise. In the same vein, treat people the way you would want to be treated, or are you? Joel, Still trying to knock people down after 5 years. You are a class act and obviously have to much time on your hands. Just a little info in the title also. So sorry you paying higher prices for products and that we are the leading component distributor in the industry. Maybe you need god in your life to learn what is actually important and it is not a golf club :-)
