Best Buy service plan ripoff service plans and the employees who sell them, first they will lie and say anything to get you to buy to service plan Montclair California
My problem with Best Buy is there service plans and the employees who sell them, first they will lie and say anything to get you to buy to service plan, which is not cheap. then if anything goes wrong with your product and you try to call the service center, they tell you i am sorry the told you that in the store but we only cover technical problems.
We bought a 800.00 video camera several years ago we have taken this camera to be repaired over six times, see supposably there policy is after 3 repairs it is considered a lemon and thy must give you your money back, ya right, we took the product in for repair after they supposably cleaned it, my camera has nevered worked right again sense one of there good cleanings. We take are camera in to get repaired and the customer service employees note in the computer that it is not a repair its another cleaning, we have on report several times that are camera was repaired not cleaned, guess what, thats not what their computer says, theyre computer says we have only had to repairs, and 5 cleanings all within a two month period, we take are camera in for the last time, guess what happens now, the computer has no recored of any of the repairs or cleanings. But we arent falling for it because we kept all the repair receits(make sure you keep all of those)and they still dont want to give us are money back, because the service center says its not a lemon yet. How many times to I need to take it to them for them to consider this junky camera a lemon(that they turned in to a lemon with theire so called repairs).
