Ripoff - Best Home Services in Baltimore is a carpet cleaning ripoff Artist. They bait and switch their customers. The owner Wayne, is one of the biggest jerks you will ever run across. You will see lierally hundreds of complaints about their horrible service across the web. Beware - they are all correct. Don't do business with them under any circumstances. They use Alexander Carpet Carpet as one of their contractors. They are part of the same scam. I think the only good reviews they get are from their friends and I have seen they=m use other's email addresses to respond to their customer's complaind by telling them to F-off. Real class.
