Best Mobile Auto Detailing & Car Wash Alireza Daftari, Alex, Ali Dishonest business and bad customer service. Carlsbad California
Very bad experience with this person, he ruined/damaged my car paint. He calls himseld Alex but his real name is Ali or Alireza Daftari. He has advertisment everywhere for a mini detail for about $30-40. HOWEVER, I ended up paying about $200!
He billed me for many services that I did NOT ask for and I was NOT told about. He uses very cheap materials to wash cars. My car paint is rubbed off in 3 areas. When I told him about the issue he DENIED everything and NEVER returned my call.
The very next day, I had to take my car to another car wash to have them clean the trunk and all the finger prints all over my car.
DO NOT TRUST HIM. There is no physical address for him. Very BAD experince.
