Best Western Inn Suites Hotel & Suites Yuma Castle Dome nothing worked ripoff Yuma Arizona
When I made the reservation I took the Jacuzzi Suite to be able to relax after work. I checked on at 3:00pm and went dirrectly to my meeting. When I returned to the room at 10pm I went to relax in the jacuzzi. However it did not work. When I called the front desk they told me that it could not be fixed until the morning and they would have someone in first thing. No one showed up. Also while I was there the Lodgenet system did not work to rent movies, the fridge did not cool and the phones were out all night so I couldn't even finish up some work since I could not relax. I feel that I did not get what I paid for.

This is the first hotel complaint I've read that sounds real. Right to the point.. no embellishments.
