Around fathers day I bought my son a 32" RCA television and when we got home and set it up it was pulsating i guess. So the next day I brought it back with the box and sales slip, well the serial number on the box and the television did not match. I told them that's your problem not mine. I told them to check my account to see what i had previously purchased over the years. I mean 52" televisions, sound system's, washer and dryer's' refriderators, lap top computers I mean thousands of dollars and I told them that I'm not going to beat them out of about $350.

So i told the manager he had an attitude and he told me that i had one, what do you expect when they tell you there's nothing they can do about it. so after a big fuss they finally replaced with another t.v. same model. So if i wanted to exchange it, it would have been my tough luck they said that they would'nt. I told them that I have alot of family and freinds that i recomended and they have bought wide screeh t.v.'s sound system's computers. But they did'nt want to hear anything. All i can say they lost a valuable customer's over a lousy $350.00 bucks. I mean i found $10,000. this summer in $100.00 dollar bill's in a stop and shop parking lot with id's in the bag and i returned it to the owner and that's the luck i get for a $350. tv.

When you return something to ANY store and the serial numbers do not match for the most part you DO NOT get your money back or exchange. Go try that with Wal Mart, it won't ever work there. You were lucky to get an exchange. Best Buy can lony assume that you had and old TV, it blew up, you didn't buy the service plan, you thought you were SOL, you came up with an idea to get a new TV, you got busted, and then proceeded to raise hell at the manager out of pure embarassment. 99.9% of the time this is the case and they just walk out with their tails tucked in between their legs. I see it all the time.
