Sent them 800 USD on 10/30/09 at 1124am. I received tracking numbers for two of the four boxes. A week later I received the remaining two numbers. Here is one -

Now that I have started to ask questions they have blocked all my emails and are not allowing me "live help" access. I know this for a fact because I have been blocked on 4 different computers. As soon as they find out who I am they blocked all of the IP address that trace back to me.
The woman that will try to help you is "Joyce". This is the name all the people use in their customer service department so that you feel safe and taken care of. Once they have the money you are out of product.
I do a small amount of business in China and everyone should know not to use this company.
