these clowns are complete ripoff artists. their software crashes every time I enter a tournament. Also crashes when I attempt to bet in a big hand.
They also don't give you the bonus they claim on various websites.
Every time I enter a tournament, the software starts getting weird. For example, the screen locks up, the check boxes start checking themselves, you have a big hand and then the software sit's you out so you can not bet, the video gets frozen, etc...
Once they have your money you can kiss it goodbye.
Also, they give you these play dollars that are essentially useless.
I advise you to stay away from this site!

It sounds like you have a problem with the Playsafe poker software. It might be a good idea to do any and all of the following to resolve that issue:
Uninstall the Betonline software, reboot your computer, reinstall the software
Update all of your web browsers
Update your Java and set the minimum amount of security
Download shockwave flash **
Update your Windows
Power Cycle your modem and router
** This has the highest likelyhood of fixing your specific crashing problem in my opinion.
