BetOnline.com Refused to cancel my play even though it was within 5 minutes and no line change had occured. I played with them for years and management pretty much said go screw yourself. Management has no loyalty. I simply asked them to cancel a bet one minute after It placed it. They simply said no even though they could easily have done it like other bokks who appreciate there custo Internet
Management simply has no loyalty to its customers. I made a request to cancel my bet mearly one minute after it was made and they simply said no. I played with them a lot in the past but never again. I should have stayed with my old online sportsbook they would have helped me out. A lot of my friends have had other problems with Betonline too. BeWare!
