Better Business Group - BBG ripoff, fraudulent contracts, neglecting, absolutelly did not do anything, charged a lot of $$ and closed the office. Brooklyn New York
We applied for services of BBG and signed a contract (which as we found out later, was fradulent) in order for them to help us to eliminate credit cards debt. They told us not to worry and not to pay our credit cards bills anymore.
They did absolutelly nothing and charged few thousands of dollars. We were told not to worry about any court appearances since Better Business Group has a lote of lawyers to appear for us and they will settle our debts with all creditors within 6 to 9 months.
After a little while they closed the office and disappeared, disconnected their telephones and as we were told,left the country. Now we are being sued by our creditors.
