Dear All,
I beleive RB is same person who was MD os SRG Infotech and Visesh Infotecnics(anybody from market or associated in past with him can see the fate of these companies). He is probably waiting to play another game with BGIL. He will manipulate market for short term to attract investors and later leave them for losses to bear. I think many people in Delhi, Mumbai know this person in Share market circle except SEBI, ROC, IT and Banks (who close thier eyes when made comfortable.... u know..)
I am a ex employee of SRG and I can tell you that when you meet this man he acts like a Billionare but he is absolute manupilater. Even Karun who has made entry in this blog was part of his team and duped millions of investors. BEWARE is what is the right word for him.

as someone has used this internet site to defame intentionally Mr. rakesh bhhatia who is the current CMD of Bharatiya Global Infomedia Ltd., just to show his/her own level of frustration; this person has even no guts/courage to mention his/her correct name or contact number(s)/mail-id etc; this clearly shows the intentions and honesty of his/her words in posting such defamatory mail against a person of Rakesh Bhhatia's calibre and repute;
this is all falls and I can say one thing about this Rakesh Bhhatia that he is a man of honesty, top integrity and great vision; people should be infact aware of these kind of sad people who are just failure in their own life and can't see the other people growing;
are bhai apne girewaaan mai jhanko and live a life with positive approach.........! or disclose you correct name to discuss the matter boldly?

Dogs bark not only on elephant but on thieves also. Hope this time public watch dogs are on duty with honesty to save investors
Now some questions:
Why the promoters hurriedly left the sinking ships at SRG and Visesh ? What led to such collapses at SRG and Visesh ? Can anyone batting 'for' him explain ?
How Visesh purchased from SRG investors money had a public issue (where as SRG was sinking)? and again the software company with so much in books sunk where as similar companies made limelight ?
He has very old habit of hiring "brainless and pheku chamchas" around him to pacify his ego, these people make merry by boot licking him and making loud senseless statements . I think the parents of these "chamchas" never told them any story about honesty.
It's a free blog and I just want investors safety. I have seen huge losses from SRG shares and FD's (becos huge commissions were paid to agents for hypes to woo investors)
The market is more intelligent today and I hope investors will understand the reality by looking beyond the fabricated B/S and look inside the actual rotten stuff in companies (I just read one day on internet facts about a company with the name of Kriti communictor-BGLI ...... , again from this man). It is absolute laughable when u see such breaking and twisting of law and nobody questioning.
My word of advise to investors is "please look beyond balance sheets" and flimsy catalogues (and I am not talking about just this company) . In India software and art content industry is widely used for money laundering (by exporting fake material and receiving money) and tax evasion (by raising fake bills to surplus cash making companies) due to the intangible nature of the work (we have already seen some recent scandels being underplayed to save skins of big fishes, haven't we? ), as a result you have fabricated entries in books which reflect on paper a healthy B/S where as there are only rotten operations underneath.
The regulatory body is aware about this process and squaring of enteries but ignore due to involvement of thier own people. As a result innocent investors suffer.
Let's make our market cleaner from such thing and ensure safety of investors.

Dear All,
There has been a report from the ex employee of SRG. Now here come some in depth insight from the existing employee.
I have been working with RB from last 3 years and being assocated with him from such a long time, comments from my desk are that he is one of the most genuine person i have ever met.
Something most questionable is that this person never has the guts to come in public and clain such things with his identity disclosed. And yes there is a famous quote which we all must have heard from our parents in our childhood is when elephant walk on the street dogs bark. Rest is there for the public to understand.
My straight forward clain to this gentleman would be to come forward and proove his claims.
From all the existing employees of BGIL: RB we are there with you at all the times. PLease don't get even a bit upset with such things. Your staff and the BGIL family will stand in the ups and downs. We have seen you and know you from within.
God gives some positive energy and brains to Mr. XYZ (God help him!!)

Dear All,
I am really surprised about the mentality of the people who always try to defame the people who are something; I am an ex- employee of SRG Infotech and I know one thing which i want to disclose that this ,Rakesh Bhatia was the person who had a visison and during his tenure as MD of SRG the group touched the real hights and the day he left the group, may be sometime in Arpil 1995, SRG group was finished after that;
I want to tell everyone that if this person is so bad than why the author of this report is hiding himself and if has the courage than produce the evidances if any.....!
The fianl story may be ...that this person might have wanted something from him and could not be successful in his target, now trying to defame Mr. Bhatia; I OPENLY CHALLANGE THIS PERSON TO DISCLOSE HIS IDENTITY AND DISCUSS THE MATTER WITH ME...
