Called me 4 time this morning. Reached my Google screening services which explained that he should stop calling. Finally I answered and he proceeded to lecture me on using Google screening that customers wouldn't like it.
He kept telling me I placed an order and I kept trying to explain that NO I am not that person and then he gave me his full billing and mailing address. He just wouldn't believe me that I had nothing to do with this other person. He was very rude and it took me 10 mins to get him off the phone.

First, I have NEVER called BHM Golf at any time. YOU WOKE ME UP on a Sunday morning. and when you stopped calling, we stopped speaking.
Second, I clicked on the "Contact for shipping rates" button, not "complete checkout."
Third, I stated VERY clearly in my shipping price request what my conditions were.
Fourth, You're charging too much for shipping. THIS IS A FACT. A $10 hat shouldn't cost $11.75 - $42.75 to ship. $5.99 seems to be standard from what I've gathered. You and UPS don't have to change the routine, just understand that the current shipping charges are going to turn people off, and your business will suffer for it. BUT if you need to do it this way, then by all means, go with God.
Fifth, The price of the hat, and the shipping for that matter, IS YOUR BUSINESS, and I respect that. The harassment, threats, and insults I received when I politely said "No Thank you" IS WHAT'S AT ISSUE. YOU said horrible things when you called me 6 times within that hour.
I have been called many things by many women, but a lunatic has never been one of them. I simply don't want to be ripped off. I'm willing to pay a FAIR price, without being taken like a Rube.
My economics degree told me the price was too high. BASIC cognizance told me not to buy something from someone threatening to set me on fire. I haven't been a "Little Boy" (as you called me in your text), for quite some time, but I assure you I'm the bigger person here.
From what I've read, if I did go through with the order, you would have sent me the wrong hat, because the one you advertise doesn't exist, then you would have charged me another $11.75 to ship "The right one." A few months later I would have spent $50 for a fictional hat that would have taken me straight to the BBB and the Illinois State's Attorney.
Anyone reading this already knows you are a Scammer, so this probably is just for me. I hope your business fails, and you find out the hard way how important fundamental respect is in the retail world. Tell Natalie I send my best.

This customer refused to pay for shipping and we simply stated you must order on our site and refused to take his credit card. This customer dictated how bhm golf should run its business and dictated how a multi million dollar business in UPS runs their business. This situation happenned with a phone call at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday morning.
We answered the phone bhm gol Good morning May help you. The customer stated why you foul language about the high shipping costs. we stated that was our price. He continued to outrage about shipping. We stated we were under new management and would not take a credit card over the phone. He then filfy mouthed and all threated to call all the authorities if we did not ship the product for $5.00 because of our past complaints. We stated we were under new management and our complaint rate has been lowered to .02%.
He fulfilled his promise and complained to everyone, We never took the order and cancelled the order online.
We hope we or our customers understand this customer is luiantic and could not control getting something for nothing. He tried to changed ups shipping methods and bhmgolf's. I can see and try to manipulate bhm golf but stating ups was ripping him off was unbelievable ridicoulous.
Please do not call us at all and we just wanted to let the american public see bhm golf reply to his email
