I have repeatedly tried my best to get a refund for both a single copy of BitDefender Internet Security 2009 and TweakPC 2009 without any success. All I am being is not answered or stonewalled. Both of my purchases of these products have shown up on my checking statement. Both were made online with my Visa debit card.
BitDefender tells me I have to go through their 3rd party procesor - CitationSoft Corporation - and they in turn refuse to issue me a refund and tell me to go back to BitDefender as the "author" of the product! My order number for BifDefender's product was 8558, which is also my Invoice ID and Reference Number. My invoice was emailed to me on 10/10/2008 and the order was processed and charged the day before on the 9th of October. The cost to me was $42.46 which I keep on asking to be refunded. I have wiped my entire hard drive clean of not just Vista but everything else! So, since their product has been intentionally erased because of how much I hated Vista as an OS and having to buy hundreds of dollars of additional software just to make it work at all, I feel entirely justified to a full and prompt refund according to their guarantee.
The situation with my purchase of Partition Manager is even worse. This costs me $39.95 and was posted to my account on 10/14/2008. The charge reads as follows: "DRI*EASEUS Partition M" and it seems to me that two companies were involved in the billing! DRI or Digital River, Inc. AND Easeus. So, where am I supposed to go to request a refund for this product? Everyone has ignored my repeated requests, again, and Easeus has a very solid reputation as a ripoff company on some consumer sites.
All I want these companies to do is give me back my entire money, since I was/am not satisfied or happy with their products. Yet, they will NOT cooperate and refuse to refund my money to date. That is why I am filing this report to protect other online shoppers.

P.S. I have complete documentation for both complaints.
