BIG O TIRES Big O tires warranty rip off, deceptive practices Lake Stevens Washington
Don't Buy tires from Big O !
In November I bought 2 new tires to the tune of 172.00 from big O. I put 4000 miles on them and then had a flat driving home.
I was told by a garage the tire was unrepairable. Went back to Big O to get some kind of service. The manager told me that only the middle 3 inches of the tire was covered by the warranty ! this puncture was a half inch from the tread.
I showed him the Big O warranty that says everything is covered for 3 years, he told me that the tires I'd bought from them were not Big o tires !! but Tempest touring tires. so the warranty did not cover this ! Of course when I bought them they didn't tell me this!
The manager offered me a new tire for $90.00 plus tax, this was with his discount !
I am a senior on social security. I couldn't afford it, so now I'm driving around with 2 mismatched tires on the front, pulling to the right.
Guess who 'm going to sue if I have an accident because of this !!!
