Who is your tire warranty with? Like most businesses, the amount of time you had the tires will excuse the tire shop from any responsibility. UNLESS you have a replacement warranty through the tire shop. have you contacted the manufacturer of the tire and inquired about a warranty replacement? You also did not say if you were demanding a refund or new tires? if you were demanding a refund, that will probably not happen. The best you can hope for is a replacement of the tires with new tires. here is Big O's warranty on non-big O brand tires: "All Other New Tires: * Prorated Manufacturer's Workmanship & Materials Warranty as provided by the manufacturer from day one for the useful life of tire * Free Rotations every 5,000 miles for useful life of tire * Free Flat Repairs for useful life of tire" So you need to contact the manufacturer about a prorated warranty replacement. http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/warranty/traction-t-a/2136.html BF goodrich support: 1-877-788-8899 Here is what's not covered: WHAT IS NOT COVERED Tires which become unserviceable due to: - Road hazard injury (e.g., a cut, snag, bruise, impact damage or puncture); - Incorrect mounting of the tire, tire/wheel imbalance or improper repair; - Misapplication, improper maintenance, racing, underinflation, overinflation or other abuse; - Operation without a properly functioning low pressure warning system, for Comp T/A and g-Force T/A SSS tires; - Uneven or rapid wear which is caused by mechanical irregularity in the vehicle such as wheel misalignment, (a measured tread difference of 2/32nds of an inch or more across the tread on the same tire); - Accident, fire, chemical corrosion, tire alteration or vandalism; - Use in commercial applications for treadwear; except for the Commercial T/A All Season tire; - Flat spotting caused by improper storage or brakelock; - The addition of liquid, solid or gaseous materials other than air, nitrogen or carbon dioxide (for example, waterbase sealers or balancing substances); - Ozone or weather checking Do your tires have even wear? if the wear is uneven, then it is due to a mechanical issue on your car. This is the main reason tires are declined to be replaced under warranty is uneven wear.
