Bill Heard Chevrolet Ripoff Bill Heard worst dealership to deal with in the world Sanford Florida
Well lets say how bad this dealer really is....My husband was an employee there and in 5 months I have never ever seen so many problems or ridicilous things that go on in my life.
First off we have tried to purchase like 5 or 6 cars from here in a few months. The first problem was when we bought our 2005 Cobalt in January of 05, the d**n car was on the showroom floor and when we drove off lot A/C did not work. Not a problem I knew it was under warranty. Take it back to dealership to get fixed and while there they wreck the d**n car. How do u take it in for A/C and they wreck it ... bad enough that they had the car for 19 days. Since the time it was there I had a rental car. Piece of Sh**. My husband is a big guy and they try to put him into a Hyundai Accent?? Go figure! Finally get car back like 3 weeks later.
When we get the car back the d**n thing is painted the wrong color. Where they wrecked it they tried to match the color the best they could and it sucked! Wrong color of paint 4 times before they just took another car same color off lot and took bumper off of it to replace. At this point I have owned car for almost 1 1/2 months and the dealership had it all this time but 2 days. What a bunch of incompotent idiots...
So as stupid as we are we go back there in March to buy another car because then he got a job there so figured it would be alot more smooth. HAHAHA. So we the trade in our 04 Cavalier, for a 2005 Cobalt. We have the cobalt for 9 days and then find out we cannot buy it. So then while at the dealership my wife decides to walk out but I stayed like an a*s. I talk to the salesman and I get my wife to come back to try to work something out. So then we decide to buy an 05 Cavalier and have it brought by TRUCK form another store. Another lie from Bill Heard, the car was driven and had 600 miles on it brought from another store and when we found it on the comp it only had like 107. SO we get the car and my wife drives it to work the 1st day we own it. On the way home the d**n thing breaks down. The windshield wipers break and the power steering pump went. Take the car back and try to get something else. So they put us in like 3 more cobalts while waiting for an approval on something else. Then we finally go there to pick up another car, and they tell us we have to take cavalier or nothing. So my wife requests her old car the 04 Cavalier back and they say wait a minute. After 6 hrs that time of being there that time they bring around another 05 Cobalt and say here drive this we will make it work because u work here, and it will be easy to approve. So we take the car , my wife falls in love with it, have it for 10 weeks and they say bring it back for a GM audit we were having.
Get the car back there and finish day of work to be told they sold the car while it was there. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNDER CONTRACT THEY SELL THE d**n CAR..!!!!! My wife freaks out and comes home to another car in driveway.
She takes that car back to the dealership and tells them to get her old car back, salesman ""d**k"" says he cant do that. So she calls me an tells me whats going on and I call dealership and straighten it out. After giving her the old car back after 2 hrs of being there again as she is leaving the Salesman "" d**k "" proceeds to call my wife a Fu**ing Bit** and tells her never to return to the dealership like he owns it. So needless to say she has called the main office and filed complaints againist the salesman and its a d**n shame it had to be like that.
SO IN MY CLOSING I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND I DONT BELIEVE ANYONE SHOULD BUY A PIECE OF s**t NEW OR USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE..... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...TAKE MY ADVICE THANK YOU
