BEEN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE MANY TIMES.EVERY TIME I HAVE WITNESSED EXTREME RUDENESS AND ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS TO AN EXTREME LEVEL. IM NOT SPEAKING IN A MILD WAY. ONE TIME I WAS FORCED TO CALL SOMEONE FOR THE WAY I ENCOUNTERED A CUSTOMER BEING TREATED AND HOW I WAS JUST BEING IGNORED FOR TWO HOURS. I WAS INFORMED BY THE OWNERS WIFE THE GENTLEMAN HAD BEEN FIRED AND THAT THEY WERE WATCHING HIM FOR SOMETIME AND ALREADY HAD AN EMPLOYEMENT AD OUT AND DOING INTERVIEWS.
TWO WEEKS AGO I PURCHASED FROM THEIR PARTS DEPT.I PICKED UP FOUR PIECES AND 1 WAS DAMAGED IN PACKAGED. I CALLED AND A NICE GENTLEMAN SAID HE WOULD REPLACE THE PART BY THE NEXT DAY.I WENT IN TODAY AND PICKED UP A REPLACEMENT PART. FOUND OUT LATER AFTER MANY HOURS AND LOTS OF HASSLE IT WAS THE WRONG PART AND NOT EVEN FOR MY CAR. WHEN I GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO PICK UP THE REPLACEMENT THERE WAS A GUY FROM SERIVE ON BREAK AND I ASKED IF THESE WERE SIMPLE ENOUGH TO PUT ON MYSELF OR WOULD I NEED TO HAVE THEM DO IT.HE SAID AND I QUOTE NO YOU CAN DO IT. JUST THREE SCREWS AND YOU SLIDE THIS OFFF AND PUT THE SCREWS BACK ON. OK EASY ENOUGH.I GO HOME. HAVE TO BREAK THE OLD ONES OFF (CLIPS) BUT THESE ARE NOT SLIDE ON SLDIE OFF,MUCH MORE TO IT. I CALL SPEAK TO DAN IN SERVICE BEGAN TO EXPLAIN AND HE SAID WHAT IS IT YOU EXPECT. YOU DID IT YOUR SELF I DONT CARE AND WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO SAY. I SAID WELL IF YOU DID YOU WOULD SEE WHY IM ASKING YOU PUT ON THE TWO I TOOK OFF AND ILL HAVE SOMEONE ELSE DO THE OTHER TWO. BUT I CANT FOR TWO OR SO MONTHS AND IF YOUR GY DIDNT TELL ME IT WAS SIMPLE I WOULDNT HAVE TRIED. WELL HE CUT ME OFF BEFORE SAYING THAT AND SAID I DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT YOUR SAYING. I SAID I GUESS ILL CALL OWNER AND HE SAID GOOD DO THAT I REALLY DONT CARE.
SO I CALLED OWNER HIS FIRST SENTENCE WAS WHAT IS IT YOUR PROBLEM IS. WHAT ARE YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT. I SAID WELL IM TRYING TO EXPPLAIN THAT AND HE SAID WHAT,VERY RUDELY ARE YOU COMPLAINING THAT YOU DIDNT GET SOMETHING. I SAID NOOOOOO. I BEGAN TO TELL HIM ABOUT THE STORY AND HOW HIS MECHANIC SAID IT WAS EASY AND HE LOUDLY SAID WHY IN THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING TO MY MECHANIC.I PAY HIM.I SAID WELL I JUST PURCHASED PARTS FROM YOU AND INQUIRED IF HE THINKS ITS EASY ENOUGH FOR SOMEONE TO DO OR SHOULD I HAVE YOUR STAFF DO IT .HE SAID I WAS NOT TO BE TALKING OR ASKING HIS STAFF ANYTHING. I SAID WELL I WOULDNT IF I BOUGHT FLOOR MATS BUT THIS WAS SOMETHING I FELT ADVICE FROM A REAL DEALERSHIP WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM.HE SAID AND I QUOTE. FLOOR MATS ARE ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THAN THREE SCREWS.I THOUGHT NOT REALLY BUT I CUT HIM OFF AND SAID NEVER MIND THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
MY RIP OFF REPORT IS THIS.THEY KNEW THESE REQUIRED BREAKING OFF AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK TO HAVE DOOR PANEL REMOVED AND NEW ONES PUT ON. I HAD THREE WITNESS OUT THERE WHEN I WAS TOLD THREE SCREWS EAST TO DO. ITS NOT NOW I CALL AND AM TREATED LIKE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED .YOU WOULD THINK THAT WITH CAR BUYING AT ITS ALL TIME LOW AND OUR BAD ECONOMY THAT THIS PLACE WOULD BE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY EVEN A LITTLE. THEY ARENT EXACTLY THE BUSIEST DEALERSHIP ANYTIME IVE BEEN THERE.
THEY ARE THE WORST WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEEN IN A LONG TIME, AND NEVER ONCE NOT ONE TIME HAS ANYTHING BEEN GOOD NICE OR EVEN CLOSE TO MEETING ANYONES EXPECTATIONS.TALK TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THEY WILL ALL AGREE. THE ONES I SPOKE TO HAVE.
EVEN THE ACTUAL OWNER WAS JUST AS RUDE CARELESS AND SIMPLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SHOW YOU HOW LITTLE HE COULD CARE. IMAGINE THINKING YOUR BUYING A CAR AND WILL GET SERVICE WHEN YOU NEED IT.NICE WHEN YOUR BUYING MAYBE...I SIT WITH A PART THAT IS NOT EVEN FOR MY CAR. THIS PLAC E IS RATED F as far as im concerned. the worst of all businesses i have dealt with in over ten years.JUST BE WARNED. NOT JUST FOR BUYING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE BUT SERVICE AS WELL AND PARTS.
