Bizaccess, Bizaccess, Inc. And RCL Consulting Contracts are deceiving, they will rip you off! They lie about what they really do Las Vegas Nevada
Please do not do business with or sign any contracts with Bizaccess, Bizaccess, Inc. or RCL Consulting. This is a giant web of lies. If you read the contract very very carefully, you will find you give this company limited power of attorney. This allows them to act on your behalf and take out loans in your name. The Contracts also state that you give them permission to change the contracts at anytime with out your permission. This allows them to change the amount of the loan. You are also responsible for that loan if you quit the company.
I have talked with many former Employees, who say that these companies use many major companies names, who you think you are doing customer service for, in reality all you are doing is trying to sign up more employees, and trying to get them to hand over money. This company has asked for $500.00 up front Or Loans in the amount of $7,000.00 and even $55,000.00.
Please be very careful before getting involved with this company. The people that I have talked with left this company because after several months they made a few hundred dollars, Which is not what they promised. Please also not that the resident agent for RCL Consulting owns a Malpractice Firm In Las Vegas I found that in public records.
Please stay clear of; Robert Clay Marshall, Stephen Marshall, Jim Daniels, and Arthur Durham (listed owner) These are the people who I had contact with, or names I found on public records regarding these companies.
