black oak apts , tracey manager'' Plummer'' mike'' mike'' maint man'' owner diana'' the owner is manager still has not taken care of the parking problem'' she should be fired'' knoxville, Tennessee
also the plummer here on site is not a good plummer'' he and the maint man are drunk all the time'' and this place has not been updated'' some apts not at all. the stairs are falling apart'' the rails are shaking bad when you walk up them'' health hazzard''
this place needs to be shut down'' if these people dont do there jobs'' and if you need a handicap parking place'' the complex has to give you a spot by tenn law'' no one else can park'' in the spot but you if you asked for one'' got a doctors letter'' and a place card on your mirror'' no one but you'' has that spot'' even if you are handicaped
and another handicap person cant park in that spot'' the manager says the can'' the law says they cant'' but the manager dont anything about the law anyway'' Their is major problems that new to be taken care of'' i think they pay off the fire inspector and some other people'' who i will not talk about right now'' but they know who they are.
