I called BLACK WIDOW INTERNET to design my online disterbution site and was asked to pay 2000.00 after telling them my needs then a few days later had an Email from an accounts manager saying he would lookafter my acc and some one would get in touch from there design dept which then followed a week later. Considering my site was to take up to 90 days to build this was a very slow process. I was then told after a month my flash was to cost another 1500.00 to build and I was not happy with this as I had already mentioned it from the start and was advised I had a contract that I could not get out of.

with in the first 3 months my designes were all massed up and were a mess so I called and called and after 2x weeks wanted a new accounts manager and after asking to speak to the operations manager only did he get back to me after a month and said he would sort it out but never took my call again and then was reciving falce promises and being charged for work that had to be reamanded. I have writen 3xtimes further and nearly a year on I am still in the same position and over 3700.00 debts.

They are nothing more than a rip off company!!!.

Dear Sir / Madam, I am very saddened to read the comments above by this individual. Both myself and my dedicated team take our reputation and client satisfaction extremely seriously. Whilst we are human and sometimes make mistakes, we are a very honest and open company and always work our hardest to resolve any issues for our clients. When a genuine problem occurs we have a defined complaints process in place to ensure that the issues are fully recorded and investigated as a serious matter by upper management. We do have a very small number of clients that have made complaints, some have been valid and we have worked hard to rectify the situation and sometimes they are not valid. We treat all complaints very seriously as not only do we wish to provide our valued clients with the best products and services, we are aware that by addressing complaints head on we are able to evolve and improve our company for the benefit of all. The reason I am saddened at this complaint is that I am aware of who this individual is and the real facts of this situation. I will be careful how I address this complaint as I wish to remain professional and also not break the data protection act. I am extremely confident that Mr Saunders of Mystery Records wrote this complaint as well as a further two complaints on this website, all the complaint links are below. Regarding the claims made above, I will firstly bullet point each claim and reply accordingly, and then I will put down the honest truthful facts of this situation for you to consider both sides and make an informed decision. >>>Considering my site was to take up to 90 days to build this was a very slow process. Our contract states the ETA on our websites starts from when we receive all the information we require to build the website. On this particular project, there were several delays at the start with receiving information that we required from the client, however the actual build of the website was well within the 90 day ETA. >>>I was then told after a month my flash was to cost another 1500.00 to build and I was not happy with this as I had already mentioned it from the start and was advised I had a contract that I could not get out of. There were a small number of flash animation hours in the contract and originally the client wished to have a very simple flash introduction. During the building stage the client decided they would like a far more elaborate flash introduction with bouncers standing in-front of a nightclub, the doors open, the user walks into a hall way and can enter into the night club to be met by an animated nightclub scene with an animated DJ and the ability to play records from the website. This additional work was well outside the original contract and should of cost over 2,000.00, however we discounted this price to 1,500.00. The client did have a choice not to pay this additional cost but was happy at the time to do this and in my honest opinion the flash animation looks brilliant. This is also featured on the clients MySpace profile. >>>with in the first 3 months my designes were all massed up and were a mess so I called and called and after 2x weeks wanted a new accounts manager The visuals were signed off by the client so I really cannot comment on them being messed up, this is the first we have heard about the client being upset about our visuals. >>>after asking to speak to the operations manager only did he get back to me after a month and said he would sort it out but never took my call again and then was reciving falce promises and being charged for work that had to be reamanded. I have personally looked at all emails from the client and all have been replied to either by the dedicated account manager on this project or my operations manager himself. I honestly have no idea on any false promises that were made but can state that everything in the contract and signed off brief and signed off visuals were provided in full, bug free and on time. >>>I have writen 3xtimes further and nearly a year on I am still in the same position and over 3700.00 debts. All emails, calls and letters from Mr Saunders have been replied to. I have personally looked over all emails received from him via our ticket system, looked at all calls from our telephone system and also all post received logs from our front desk. Regarding the debt comment, Mr Saunders currently has a large unpaid bill with us so the comment of debts from Mr Saunders is incorrect, he technically has a debt with my company for unpaid bills. >>>They are nothing more than a rip off company!!!. We provided Mr Saunders with everything in the original contract and everything in the additional work paid for and a few other features free of charge and we provided this well within the ETA on the contract therefore I strongly disagree with being called a rip off. The truth of this matter is that we had a fantastic relationship with Mr Saunders, so much so that we received a testimonial from him for the website which can be seen at http://www.blackwidowinternet.com/mystery.php The relationship break down started many weeks after the client saw the signed off visuals and wanted to increase the size of the visuals for a larger screen resolution. At the start of every project we discuss the various screen resolutions with a client, advise on the pros and cons and the client agrees which size they wish us to develop the website for. Mr Saunders, after signing off the visuals, simply changed his mind and was not willing to pay for any additional work for these changes, even after we applied a large discount. It is at this point we received threatening emails and various false complaints online. The resize of the visuals were certainly not required to take the website live and it is very sad that Mr Saunders took the actions he did. I feel a much more productive route would have been to either a) pay for the additional work or b) take the site live with the original signed off screen size rather than trying to cause trouble for a group of people that have moved heaven and earth to help this individual.
