Blalack And Williams And Leasecomm Leasecomm and Partners in Crime (Blalack and Williams) ..ATTACKS again!! Dallas And Woburn Texas and Massachusetts
Since the late nineties, I've dealt with Leasecomm and their crooked attorneys, Blalack and Williams! First, they "got" me by filing a lawsuit against me in a foreign jurisdiction, Massachsetts.
Long before things got ugly, I tried to return their credit card swiping machine before the 3 day cancellation waiver expired. I got the machine in the mail after I had attended a business seminar.
I called Leasecomm to cancel, and to send the machine back. Something just was telling me to do it. I called for 3 days, NO ONE would answer my call, nor return my phone calls. After the 3 days had expired, NOW they CALLED me!
A man told me in a sarcastic tone,.." WELL, THE MACHINE IS ONLY WORTH $150.00! he LAUGHED, and just told me to sell it to somebody else, but still I needed to send them $1,500.00! This is Nov, 2007, the box is still un-opened.
They have THREATENED to have me arrested, they have "frozen" my Bank Of America account (it's been opened since 1998) 6 times! They even took my elderly and sick brothers social security! I had to beg to get in back!
Sept. 2007, I filed a complaint with the State Attorneys in Texas, and Massachusetts. I sent a very large envelope to each. I have hundreds of documents and pics. You see, we've been at this since 1997!!
In retaliation, BLALACK and WILLIAMS froze my account again! This time they took only $50.00. In Dec. 2006 they stole $900.00!! All together, I have sent the OVER $2,500.00 for a freakin $150.00 machine that was NEVER USED
But since they have me bound by that contract, it's been HELL! How can attorneys be legal in doing this?! Well this time, they'll have to answer to a higher order. I anxiously wait to see them squirm out of this one.
I have filed a COMPLAINT with the STATE BAR of TEXAS. Anyone who feel wronged by any attorney should do the same. Don't be lazy about this! Trust me, those judgements against you on your CREDIT REPORT will hurt you big!
This judgement has been on my report for a long time. My score is low due to it. In fact, LEASECOMM makes unnesscary inquiries every few months. They have harrassed me since the begiinning. Where is the real justice?
If anyone out there can help me, please come forward. I feel bad for all of us who have come in contact with Lucifers followers and servants, Leasecomm and Blalack and Williams.
Question: Why has'nt anyone filed against Blalack and Williams with the STATE BAR of TEXAS? Do you realize that this firm has a 'clean" record? Why? Tons of people have been harrassed by this firm! Don't be lazy!
Get off your butts and defend yourself with ALL the tools that you can. Let this be a fire under your butt, you'll end up losing tens of thousands of dollars due to the bad credit report paying HIGHER interest rates over the years.
I called the State Bar, and his record states no negative remarks, practicing for over 32 years, yeah, like he is a 'pillar' in law society. Folks, don't just take this abuse! File also with the BBB.
Maybe if the CONSUMERS stick together and fend for themselves, these so called attorneys would run away, and to a weaker flock.
It's been a along battle, but I am NOT giving up! I don't understand why Leasecomm won't be put OUT of BUSINESS??!! Thanks.
