Blanchard Mobile Homes Removal And Transport DO NOT PAY THEIR CONTRACTORS Hollywood Florida
Blanchard mobile homes do not pay the independent contractors they employ when moving your home. This causes the contractors to place a lien on YOUR property. So you paid Blanchard to do a move, and they employ OTHER people to do the move and then don't pay them. They keep your money and do not pay the person that did the work. The contractors then place liens on your house and will not remove them until YOU pay them for the work they did. You end up paying TWICE for the service (once to Blanchard and again to the contractor because Blanchard kept the money). Use another company, these people are scam artists.

This report stating that Blanchard's Mobile Home Removals & Transport Inc., is totally unfounded.
First of all please get the name correct if you are to complain.
At no time has Blanchard's ever sub-contracted moving, breakdown or set-up of a mobile unit, home or office, as Blanchard's has its own moving vehicles (toters) driver's on staff, pilot escorts and state licensed contractors.
At NO time does Blanchard's ever sub contract the job.
During the entire 20 years that Blanchard's has been in business, there has never been a complaint or a reason to have a complaint, as Blanchard's is an authorized governmental contractor for FEMA and State of Florida Emergency Management Services.
First of all there has never been a complaint directed to this office regarding any details written in this original report. Had we not been scouring the internet for our company profile, I would have never seen this unfounded complaint.
It is interesting that no governmental agency which is directly related to our industry has ever made us aware of this situation, as there is recourse for complaints with in our division.
I would like the opportunity to have the unknown author advise us of the problem directly so it can be addressed, if this is a valid statement at all.
The owner of the company is aware of this rebuttal and approves.
