Well, I am thrilled to say that after a few weeks of steady work using the new Axis Point Heat Exchanger we received, it is working GREAT! No problems at all:) Pete was very quick with the replacement, and had me up and running again in no time:)

I am Pete Garland, owner of Blue Baron and Axis Point Heat Exchangers. We have built a reputation for our One and Only High Quality Heat Exchangers and truck mounts with Customer Numbers you can call to verify that this report made is untrue not only for OUR Incredible Customer Service Response but for HIGH Quality of the Products I am Selling.
First I want to say, that I NEVER refused the Warranty Repair on this Heater. I faithfully made up a new Heat Exchanger and for what ever reason was not functioning the way he expected. I do not know what he was doing and even offered for a FREE Hook-up of the Heat Exchanger to is machine.
I am even going to Warranty the second Heat Exchanger as well and offer 100 Ft. of Solution Hose for his trouble, even though I am still in the Dark as to what really happened to the Heat Exchanger because the Customer never brouht his machine to our shop to verify the problem.
I am Easy Going Straight Forward and Honest Guy and was even willing to take his call only Hours before my Son's Wedding in New Jersey to Remedy the problem.
I will work hard to fix his problem. I know what it is like to be stuck after 30 Years Cleaning Carpets and not having the Heat you need to do the job. I am here for all my Customers 7 days per week and here to help anyone (On other Brand Name Machines)even if they never buy anything from me.

I have been assured that this has been a huge fluke, and that this is not in any way the norm:)
Pete - owner of Blue Baron Carpet Cleaning Systems LLC, has given me his word to completely resolve this situation right away. I came away from our most recent conversation feeling that, as life sometimes does, several small hiccups, bouts of bad luck, and unusual circumstances may have come together in a "wrong place wrong time" type of situation, causing a poor experience for me that is not the norm for Blue Baron, and is not what Pete is all about.
I honestly believe that this was in fact just a fluke, likely steming from a "bad lot" of a key component involved in the production of the heat exchange unit, along with other out of the ordinary personal & business related issues that would never come together in such a way again, and collectively formed into a bigger problem than would ever come up under normal circumstances.
I look forward to working with Pete/Blue Baron and moving forward from here:)
