Im a former employee for a third party company that does customer service for blue hippo, Blue Hippo funding is nothing but a corrupt company thats scams vulnerable consumers, mostly african american woman that have no knowledge of computers. I have seen people pay more then $2,000 dollars for a computer thats not even worth $200. But the customers service representatives are also victims of this scam, many have good intentions for the customers but are forced to lie or improvise excuses because of the irresponsiblity of the "managers", who are never seen or heard of. whenever a problem occurs, like the fact that somone has not recieved their order, the problem is reported to the mangers via email, but we never recieved a responce on time or the responce is just a dull answer like,.. order will be sent shortly. and you can forget about getting any refund back, but people need to realize that the customer service reps are just following orders, they are not actual employees of blue hippo and have nothing to do with its deceitful policies, arguing with them is just a waste of time and may only make the situation worst. if anyone has fallen into the trap of blue hippo they should not even call at all and just get a lawyer immidiately.

They were at one time under investigation here in MD for fraud. They stopped running ads on TV and everything. I notice though that they are back to running commercials on BET and other channels. I wish there was some way to get these TV stations to at least pull these ads for companies like this. Sad thing is that if these people put that money back for 3 months that they pay them they could have a system just like it built or gotten on sale or a pawn shop with No problems or bills.
