Blue Hippo Funding ripping off your checking account Ripoff Baltimore Maryland
I didn't have the money for a computer. I was listening to my local radio station so I heard about this company that helps persons with not so great credit or in financial difficulty obtain a computer through weekly automatic debits of 35 dollars. Customers are required to give Blue Hippo Funding checking account numbers & yes foolishly I did. I was required to meet the 400 dollar requirement before the computer could be shipped. I waited for 4 months, meanwhile they were still taking 35 dollars a week. I finally called BlueHippo to find out the status of the computer the rep told me they were having a problem with their computer supplier Dell.
They said now they were switching to Gateway & that my computer will be shipped in 4 weeks. I waited 3 more months & still nothing. I spoke with numbers of different reps at BlueHippo & 3 different supervisors with no answers. here I am out 1300 hundred dollars & NO COMPUTER. I finally went out & bought one for 600 dollars. I contacted the better business bureau of md, but they didn't help. BlueHippo kept taking money out of my checking account even when I said not to. I finally had to close my bank account. PLEASE DON'T GO TO BLUEHIPPO FUNDING they will rip you off.
