Their website clearly states you must cancel BEFORE the free trial ends. This is how most free trial works. They were within their rights to charge you, and you agreed to it, when you signed up for the free trial. Just make sure you cancel before it is time to charge you again. Go back to their website scroll down a little till you see where it says help-customer service click on help-customer service First click on all about my free trial link and read it then go back then click the can I cancel my subscription link follow the directions (this will tell you to sign in if you already haven't)
