Salesman "jose" completed most interactions via his cell, 424 392 2516. I was charged $1995 in advance, which was processed by an answering service company, who was apparently being scammed at the same time. On the day of my move, they kept saying the truck was on the way. It never came, and they continued to lie about it until 5PM on July4 weekend. I had to rent a uhaul on a Sunday which cost me twice as much one I flew home for my personal vehicle. Next they said that it was an error, and that they were sending a refund check. After I waited a month, I reversed the credit card charge, which in turn ripped off the poor girl who ran my credit card.
