Bluestarry Store I ordered a 24 inch buffalo check Christmas wreath, I got a 10 inch piece of junk I would not even buy at the dollar store! Shiyan City Hubei China SHiyan, Hubei

I ordered a 24 inch buffalo check wreath from the bluestarrystore.com. Instead of the wreath I ordered, I got a piece of junk mailed crushed up inside an envelope that measured 10 inches in size and was made from very substandard products and looks nothing like the wreath I ordered from them. Despite their website saying it was a Zero Risk satisfaction guarentee , they are giving me the run around trying to offer me only a certain percentage back which is not acceptable to me as if I saw what they sent to me in the dollar store, I still would not buy it! My next step is to start a claim with paypal and I will contact the Chinese Embassy here in the US so they can have action taken against them back in China. Do not deal with this company!
