I put $1500 down on a 2007 Chrysler Sebring. As soon as i drove it off the lot the brake light came on. I called then immediately and notified them. They said ok it's probably something minor like the sensor. I continued to drive the car a week later I heard my brakes dueling and had them fixed at Texas Tire.

The next week I felt them grinding.. so I went and had the rotares changed. I notified the car lot everyone I had something done mind you I haven't had the car but two weeks. Two weeks later I had the same problem again so I called then and said look.. it's not than just my brake sensor and I have spent allot of money having it fixed and now it's ask happening again why didn't you guys check my car out.

The excuse I got was unfortunately you came at one of our busiest times and we weren't able to check you car out because we only have two guys. I said that's not my problem. We I had to have them fixed again because they weren't willing to repair them they asked why I was calling then. So I said well maybe I need to speak with a lawyer and the guy says week if you are going to seek representation I don't want to talk to you and hung up in my face.

That night me and my kids almost lost our lives being that the brakes wouldn't stop so when it did the car started jerking. I pulled in the Whataburger parking lot a nervous wreck trying to gather myself and as I get ready to leave the car doesn't start. I haven't even had the car 45 days. I called then to let them know where the car was located and that was it. Basically my 1500 went down the drain. What can I do?

Did you test-drive the car? You did not mention the terms of a warranty. Your complaint is actually with whomever you paid to do a poor job servicing your brakes.
